Algumas considerações sobre o diagnóstico diferencial nos sintomas contemporâneos

Resumo
Este artigo visa elucidar alguns pontos concernentes à questão do diagnóstico di- ferencial na clínica dos sintomas contem- porâneos. Uma clínica que se evidencia pelo recuo da experiência subjetiva, mas que conta com o último ensino de Lacan que fornece como instrumento teórico, a clínica continuísta que se atenta para os diferentes níveis de incidência do Outro sob o sujeito, delimitando os modos de gozo em particular.

Abstract
This article aims at clarifying some points concerning the issue of differential diagnosis in the clinic of contemporary symptoms. A clinic evidenced by the decrease of the subjective experience, but that can also count on Lacan’s final teaching providing, as a theoretical tool, the continuist clinic that is mindful of the different levels of incidence of the Other on the subject, outlining the means of enjoyment in particular.

O amor tóxico – nem o homem, nem o filho

Resumo
O presente trabalho é fruto das conversações do laboratório “A criança entre a mulher e a mãe”, e tem como eixo de investigação o impasse que se coloca para as mulheres usuárias de crack, no que diz respeito à impossibilidade de abrir mão do gozo com o objeto droga em prol do cuidado com os filhos. Diante da constatação de que o gozo feminino comporta um mais-além do gozo fálico, pretendemos discutir como a droga entra neste circuito de gozo, impossibilitando a articulação do desejo dessas mulheres por um homem, o que permitiria a elas exercerem a função materna.

Abstract
This work is the result of the laboratory “Children between the woman and mother,” and its axis of investigation of the impasse that arises for crack users, with regard to the impossibility of giving up the joy with object drug in favor of child care. Given the fact that the female enjoyment carries a beyond the phallic enjoyment, they intend to discuss how the drug enters this enjoyment circuit, preventing the articulation of the desire of these women by a man, which would allow them to exercise the maternal role.

A Significação do falo – leitura em curso

Resumo
O escrito de Jacques Lacan intitulado “A significação do falo” de 1958 condensa a primeira grande contribuição de Lacan à psicanálise, qual seja: a releitura da obra de Freud, articulando o Édipo ao complexo de castração desde a perspectiva da lógica do significante. O presente artigo é um exercício de leitura onde se comenta as principais passagens do texto, cotejando-as com os textos de Freud implicitamente referidos por Lacan. O complexo de castração é descrito por Freud segundo um percurso lógico, cujos efeitos são destacados por Lacan no escrito. Os efeitos estruturantes da castração decorrem da constatação do Outro materno, o que, nos termos de Lacan, pode ser assim resumido: “é o desejo do Outro que se impõe ao sujeito reconhecer”.

Abstract
The paper “The signification of the phallus” of Jacques Lacan summarizes his first great contribution to psychoanalysis, which is: reading Freud’s work about Oedipus and the castration complex within a linguistics approach. The present paper is an exercise of reading, ipsis litteris, the main passages of Lacan’s text highlighting its implicit reference to Freud’s articles. The structuring effects of the castration complex come after the recognition of the mother’s castration, which means in lacanian words: it’s the desire of the Other that is imposed to one’s recognition.

Ready for Love: violê̂ncia e exceção em Laranja mecâ̂nica

Resumo
Através da versão cinematográ́fica, por S. Kubrick, do livro A Laranja mecâ̂nica, de A. Burguess, o autor aborda o conflito entre direito e violê̂ncia. O argumento inicial consiste no caráter paradoxal do direito que, ao oferecer-se como dispositivo de controle da violê̂ncia, depende, para funcionar, de uma imposição violenta de um lugar de exceção. Em seguida, o autor traç̧a um paralelo entre esse paradoxo e o campo da ciê̂ncia, onde a exceção fundadora consistiria na garantia divina. Nesse sentido, o filme em questão surge como ilustração das conseqüê̂ncias da intrusão, no campo político, do modelo cientí́fico, a partir do qual predomina a visão mecanicista de aplicação dos regulamentos civis. O real se faria sentir aí, segundo o autor, através do retorno violento de uma figura de exceção. Em meio à uniformização burocrá́tica da sociedade, a alianç̧a aliada ao estilo estético do personagem do citado filme surge como forma radical de reação.

Abstract
Through the film version, by S. Kubrick, of the book A Clockwork Orange, of A. Burgess, the author discusses the conflict between law and violence.The initial argument is the paradoxical nature of the law, that offers herself as the control device of violence, but depends, on a violent imposition of a place of exception. Then, the author draws a parallel between this paradox and the field of science, where the exception would be found on the divine guarantee. In this sense, the film in question appears as an illustration of the consequences of the intrusion in the political field of the scientific model, causing a mechanistic view that emphasizes the application of civil regulations. The real would feel there, according to the author, by the violent return of an exception figure. The violence together with the aesthetic style of the character comes as a radical reaction towards the uniformity of society

Resumo
O objetivo deste texto foi o de abordar um modo de gozo singular, a conexão do sujeito com o enigma de sua posição de objeto no desejo do Outro e a incidê̂ncia no corpo do “a mais” de gozo no sexo, o desregramento sexual. Meu interesse visou à fundamentação teórica do caso, a partir da prática da psicanálise lacaniana.

Abstract
This paper aims at the approach to a unique way of enjoyment and the connection of the subject with the enigma of its position as object in the desire of the Other, and the incidence on the body of the “over” of sex enjoyment, the sexual profligacy. Questões diagnósticas sobre a histeria na época do mais

Resumo
O objetivo deste artigo é abordar a relação entre a clínica da histeria e a subjetivida- de de época. Pretende-se mostrar como o diagnóstico e a direção de tratamento da histeria não só estão em estreita ̧correlação com as modificações da função paterna na contemporaneidade, como também dependem da determinação do nível de sua operatividade na efetuação da estrutura.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to address the relationship between clinical hysteria and the subjectivity of time. It is intended to show how the diagnosis and directing treatment of hysteria is not only in close correlation with the changes of the paternal role in contemporary society but also dependent on the determination of the level of its operation in effecting the structure.

Passe e açação lacaniana

Resumo
Trata-se do registro de uma comunicação oral que se insere nos trabalhos preparativos para o V ENAPOL, no Rio de Janeiro. O desafio que a autora se coloca é o de articular o tema do passe ao tema do evento citado, qual seja, o da loucura de cada um. Isso é feito através das elaborações de J.-A. Miller que definem o fim de análise a partir da depuração da loucura de cada um, ou seja, livre do ímpeto de adaptação que caracterizam as psicoterapias. Por outro lado, a autora pondera que, ao colocar-se tarefas terapêuticas, o analista pode ser chamado a moderar a potê̂ncia de seu ato, de modo a preservar semblantes que funcionam bem para um sujeito. Através de um caso clínico e de uma experiência institucional, a autora nomeia esse cálculo como uma pragmática paradoxal, na medida em que calcula o risco de mudar aquilo que funciona, sem contudo crer que o desejo pode funcionar perfeitamente.

Abstract
This is the record of an oral communication that falls within the preparations for the Fifth ENAPOL in Rio de Janeiro.The challenge that arises is to articulate the theme of the pass to the theme of the event mentioned, namely, the folly of each. This is done through the elaboration of J.-A. Miller, that defines the purpose of analysis as the clearance of each one’s madness, that is free of the impetus for adaptation that characterize psychotherapy. On the other hand, the author argues that, by placing itself therapeutic tasks, the analyst may be asked to moderate the power of his act, to preserve the identity that works well for someone. Through a clinical case and an institutional experience, the author names this calculation as a pragmatic paradox, in that it calculates the risk of changing what works, without, however, believing that desire can work perfectly.

Un Don Juan masoquista

Resumo
O autor parte de duas inversões feitas por Lacan, das quais se depreende que nem as mulheres tê̂m uma predisposição masoquista, nem os homens se creem tão habitualmente serem Don Juan. Afirma então a existê̂ncia de Don Juan e a condução dessa existê̂ncia à “estrutura geral do masoquismo”. Demonstra esta afirmação através de um caso clínico que comprova um paradoxo evidenciado pela psicanálise: que a partir de um tormento padecido por uma crianç̧a, o adulto no qual se transforma extrai uma precisa condição de satisfação. O verdadeiro objetivo do jogo perverso é fazer existir ali um gozo. Instalado no lugar de objeto, o sujeito perverso pretende causar a divisão no outro, infiltrando gozo neste precedimento. No caso clínico comentado, as entrevistas preliminares apontavam a que esse sujeito fizesse passar pelo discurso analítico as condições de gozo nas quais sustentava seu ser. Porém, diante do rechaç̧o pelo sujeito de sua responsabilidade quanto a seus atos, e do uso de qualquer recurso para consegui-los, o analista decide suspender as entrevistas, já que não podia validar essa falha ética. O autor conclui com uma precisão quanto à finalidade das entrevistas preliminares: verificar se um sujeito está em condições de efetuar a aposta que requer a psicanálise, condições estas das quais nem sempre se pode dispor.

Abstract
The author starts with two inversions made by Lacan, from which it follows that women do not have a masochistic disposition, neither that men think of themselves usually to be Don Juan. The author then states the existence of Don Juan and the conduct of this existence to the “general structure of masochism.” He demonstrates this statement through a clinical case that proves a paradox pointed by psychoanalysis: from the torment suffered by a child, the adult into whom it turns extracts a precise condition of satisfaction. The real goal of the perverse game is to make exist an enjoyment there. Installed in place of object, the perverse subject intends to cause division in the other, infiltrating enjoyment in this procedure. In the clinical case discussed, the preliminary interviews indicated that this subject made the conditions of enjoyment in which his being was held go by the analytical discourse. However, given the rejection by the subject of his responsibility for his acts, and the use of any resources to get them, the analyst decides to hold the interviews, since he could not validate this ethical failure. The author concludes with a precision as to the purpose of preliminary interviews: to verify whether a subject is able to make the bet that psychoanalysis requires, which may not always be available.

Clínica de un goce sin colores

Resumo
Através da história de um judeu em um campo de concentração que é chamado por um soldado moribundo da SS para perdoá-lo por seus crimes e que, diante disto, responde com o silêncio, o autor afirma a singularidade da resposta do protagonista, que foi o que permitiu surgir algo o sujeito. Assim fez Freud ao convocar os sujeitos a que respondessem, e o autor afirma que a busca pela resposta do sujeito tem em si um efeito vivificante, a ponto de interpretar que um dos motivos da sobrevivê̂ncia desse homem foi o encontro com o soldado. Segundo Naparstek, essa impressionante resposta em ato dependeu do deslocamento do sujeito do lugar de imaginar o gozo do Outro na suposição de sua segregação. O autor utiliza a expressão de Lacan “gozo a seco” para denominar o gozo insensato, sem cores e sem os véus dos matizes sexuais, que se manifesta de maneira mortífera e obscura no campo de concentração, mas se colore quando a neurose aparece com suas luzes e ilumina com a ética um problema subjetivo.

Abstract
Through the story of a Jew in a concentration camp which is called by a dying SS soldier to forgive him for his crimes and that, before it responds with silence, the author asserts the singularity of the protagonist’s response, which allowed to appear the subject. That was what Freud did when he called the sobjects to respond, and the author asserts that the search for the response from the subject has itself an enlivening effect, to the point of interpreting that one of the reasons for the survival of this man was the encounter with the soldier. According to Naparstek, this impressive response in act depended on the displacement of the subject from the place of imagininig the enjoyment of the Other on the assumption of its segregation. The author uses Lacan’s expression “dry enjoyment” to describe the foolish enjoyment, colorless and without the veils of sexual overtones, which manifest itself darkly and deadly in the concentration camp, but gains colour when neurosis appears with its lights and enlightens with ethics a subjective problem.

El eco de un silencio

Resumo
Este testemunho de passe apresenta o encontro do analisante com o desejo do analista a partir de três escansões, ou três cópulas impossíveis, como as chama o autor. Primeiro, a cópula impossível do falo com a inconsistê̂ncia do Outro, visível na diferenç̧a entre a montagem feita das trê̂s cenas infantis articuladas à função fálica e a “imagem-traç̧o” situada fora (ou antes) da significação fálica, cuja inscrição só se pô̂de dar através do significante calç̧adeira. Segundo, a cópula impossível do olho com a fenda do Outro, através do sonho que situa o despontar do desejo do psicanalista. Por último, a cópula impossível entre o verdadeiro e o real, através do sonho que precipitou o final da análise e que abriu a via para a invenção de um novo significante sem sentido, índice de uma nova alianç̧a com o gozo: “a-calç̧adeira-sem-limites”. Essas trê̂s escansões produzem uma passagem do silê̂ncio angustiante à serenidade silenciosa, que o autor sugere como um dos nomes do desejo do psicanalista.

Abstract
This pass testimony presents the encounter of the analysand with the analyst’s desire from three scansions or three impossible copulations, as the author calls them. First, impossible copulation of the phallus with the inconsistency of the Other, visible in the difference between the assembly made of three childhood scenes articulated to the phallic function and the “trace image” situated outside (or before) the phallic signification, whose inscription was only able to appear through the significant shoehorn. Second, the impossible copulation of the eye with the crack of the Other, through the dream that situates the emergence of the desire of the psychoanalyst. Finally, the impossible copulation between the true and the real, through the dream that precipitated the end of the analysis and that paved the way for the invention of a new meaningless significant, index of a new alliance with the enjoyment “the- shoehorn-with-no-limits “. These three scansions produce a passage from the harrowing silence to the silent serenity, which the author suggests as one of the names of the desire of the psychoanalyst.

A vontade do defunto

Resumo
Através de um caso clínico, a autora aborda a dor provocada pela antecipação da morte trazida à cena por um ato testamentário. O ato coloca em choque a percepção de sacrifícios passados e a negação da castração. A questão do destinatário do bem que seu testamento fará torna-se problemática na medida em que desperta a figura do herdeiro ilegítimo, que torna vã a sua existê̂ncia fazendo dela objeto de gozo. A questão jurídica sobre a vontade daquele que redige o testamento é contraposta pela autora com o desejo do sujeito. A primeira é situada como “um dos nomes do gozo auto-erótico” tornando problemática a circulação do segundo.

Abstract
Through a clinical case, the author discusses the pain caused by the anticipation of death brought into play by a testamentary act. The act puts into shock the perception of past sacrifices and the denial of castration. The question the receiver of the will becomes problematic as it awakens the figure of the illegitimate heir, making vain his existence and making him an object of enjoyment. The legal question about the will’s author of is opposed with the dimension of the subject’s desire. The first is located as “one of the names of the auto-erotic pleasure” making problematic the circulation of the patter.

Conexões com o real: efeitos de temporalidade

Resumo
O presente artigo traz uma reflexão sobre o atual panorama dos modos de laç̧o social, destacando o uso da temporalidade no discurso vigente, ou seja, no discurso capitalista. Apontamos tal discurso, como uma saída encontrada pelo ser falante, que, de forma generalizada, o utiliza para evitar o enfrentamento com o real do sexo e da morte. O discurso hipermoderno, embora seja um recurso para o sujeito, posterga de forma ilusória o encontro com a castração, e a temporalidadeé um fator que evidencia esse manejo. Articulando Heidegger com Lacan, buscamos situar o horror frente ao real e de que forma o discurso analítico pode intervir neste cenário.

Abstract
This article reflects upon the current perspective of the modes of social ties, highlighting the use of temporality in the current discourse, namely, the capitalist discourse. We approach this discourse as a way for the speaker to avoid confrontation with the real of sex and death. The hypermodern discourse, although being a resource for the subject, postpones the encounter with castration by means of an illusory manner, while temporality turns into a factor that reflects such management. Articulating Heidegger with Lacan, we aim to locate the horror facing the real and how the analytic discourse may interfere in this scenario.

Quando o singular resiste ao mais

Resumo
A autora parte do conceito psicanalítico de supereu para situar a exigê̂ncia contemporâ̂nea por “mais” satisfação. Apesar de constituir-se como tendê̂ncia universal, destaca-se o caráter singular que a exigê̂ncia em questão toma para cada sujeito. A elisão dessa dimensão impede que se veja a impossibilidade desse máximo de satisfação propagado pela ciê̂ncia e pela publicidade. Ressalta-se, em seguida, o quanto o lugar dado às crianç̧as na sociedade e nas famílias é sensível a esse mandamento superegóico, criando delírios que não levam em conta a dimensão subjetiva da falta. Por isso, ressalta- se a importâ̂ncia de os psicanalistas estarem atentos ao trabalho das crianç̧as de transformar e enigma singulares esses imperativos universais.

Abstract
The uses the psychoanalytic concept of the superego to situate the contemporary demands for “more” satisfaction. Although it is considered a universal tendency, she highlights the unique character that the requirement in question takes for each one.The avoidance of this particular dimension makes it impossible to see the impossibility of perfect satisfaction propagated by science and advertising. It is noteworthy, then, how the place made for children and families in society is sensitive to the superego command, creating delusions that do not take into account the subjective dimension of the fault. Therefore, it emphasizes the importance of psychoanalysts are aware of children’s task and to transform these universal imperatives into particular questions.

A fita branca

Resumo
O texto discute o filme “A fita branca” (“Das Weisse Band”), de Michael Haneke, cuja história se passa no início do século XX, numa pequena aldeia alemã, onde se dá uma série de ataques de violê̂ncia. O narrador do filme nos leva a deduzir que as crianç̧as e adolescentes têm relação com esses acontecimentos. A autora do texto se pergunta, então, que questões as crianç̧as estariam veiculando por meio de seus atos. Em relação à “fita branca”, que simboliza a inocê̂ncia que o pastor almeja para seus filhos, a autora conclui que ela traz em seu bojo o gozo superegóico. Ao tentarem limpar a cidade de todo o mal, levando assim às últimas consequências o imperativo da fita branca, os adolescentes acabam desnudando a face insensata e tirâ̂nica da lei e, com isso, revelando seu furo.

Abstract
The paper discusses the movie “The white ribbon” (“Das Weisse Band”), by Michael Haneke.The story is set in the early twentieth century, in a small German village, where a series of violence attacks take place. The movie narrator leads us to conclude that the children and adolescents are related to these events.The author of the text then asks herself what issues the children would be conveying through their actions. In relation to the “white ribbon”, which symbolizes the innocence that the minister longs for his children, the author concludes that it brings in its essence the superegoic enjoyment. In attempting to clear the city from all evil, thus leading to its ultimate consequences, the imperative of the white ribbon, the adolescents end up by stripping the irrational and tyrannical face of the law and thereby unveiling its flaw.

Extimidade: sexo e morte em psicanálise

Resumo
O texto desenvolve as relações possíveis entre sexo e morte em psicanálise a partir da categoria lacaniana de extimo e considera tal extimidade como uma fratura do que se constitui para cada ser falante como intimidade, lugar onde aparece um gozo-a-mais que se manifesta nas mais distintas formas do sintoma. A extimidade é considerada um elemento da clínica lacaniana, parte não simbolizável da estrutura, resto não significante, exterior à cadeia e heterogê̂neo a ela, de modo a poder detectar nele o que há de mais real na experiência psicanalítica.

Abstract
This paper explores the possible relation between sex and death in psychoanalysis from the point of view of Lacan’s category of extimo and considers such extimity as a fracture of what constitutes intimacy for each speaker, the place where an additional pleasure emerges, and which manifests itself in the so many distinct forms of symptoms. Extemity is considered an element of the Lacanian practice, a nonsymbolized part of the structure, a nonsignificant residual, exterior to the chain and heterogeneous in relation to it, in such a way that one detects in it the most real thing that can be found in the psychoanalytic experience.

El misterio del cuerpo que habla

Resumo
Neste testemunho de passe, há a informação da experiê̂ncia da análise como uma experiência de corpo. As palavras provocam efeitos impressionantes no corpo, e para issoé preciso a presenç̧a de um analista que faç̧a ressoar o eco das pulsões que causam o dizer e também de um analisante que tenha um corpo sensívell a esta operação. A partir desta constatação a autora questiona o lugar do analista neste modo de conceber o tratamento: a presenç̧a do analista em-corpo é a condição a todo tratamento possívell do gozo na anaálise. O significante “fugidia” nomeia seu exercício pulsional, que pode ser desarticulado em sua satisfação sintomática e fantasmática através de uma interpretação do analista.
O analista corpo empresta corpo ao objeto e agrega com a interpretação a dimensão libidinal necessária para encarná-lo. Produce-se então a transformação de um corpo mortificado a um corpo que pode alojar uma satisfação. Abre-se uma via possível para encarnar um corpo de mulher.

Abstract
In this pass testimony, there is the affirmation of analysis experience as an experience of body. The words cause striking effects on the body, and this requires the presence of an analyst who make resound the echo of the drives that cause the speech and also an analysand who has a body sensitive to this operation. With this recognition, the author questions the place of the analyst in this way of conceiving the treatment: the presence of the analyst in-body is the prerequisite to any possible treatment of enjoyment in the analysis. The signifier “fleeting” gives name to her pulsional exercise, which can be broken up in their symptomatic and fantasistic satisfaction through an analyst’s interpretation. The analyst-body lends body to the object and adds with the interpretation the libidinal dimension necessary to embody it. It is produced then the transformation of a mortified body to a body that can accommodate a satisfaction. A possible way to incarnate a woman’s body is opened.

O cisne da morte

Resumo
Utiliza neste texto o filme “Cisne negro”, dirigido por Darren Aronofsky, como uma fábula sobre a necessidade de se aceitar a morte simbólica e renunciar ao controle do corpo para poder sentir e gozar. Para isso acompanha o caminho percorrido por Nina desde uma posicão infantil e desexualizada, com pretensões de domínio absoluto sobre os movimentos, até o desenlace no qual, estando já morta, pode finalmente se entregar à sensualidade da danç̧a.

Abstract
In this text I consider the movie “Black Swan” (directed by Darren Aronofsky) as a fable about the importance of accepting symbolic death and renouncing body control so as to allow to feel and to enjoy. To do so I trace Nina’s path beginning at a childish and non-sexualized posture, with claims of absolute domination of motion, up to the final end when, already dead, Nina can finally surrender to the sensuality of the dance.
